Magic Bottle (by Feltham et al, 2007)

 

It uses light to indicate a message, touching the bottle to activate the message and shaking the bottle to erase the message. The bottle has the addition of a stopper that needs to be removed to allow the message or sound to be heard and has a lip on the opening that affords a holding to the ear.
