Constant Touch (concept | by Kjeldskov et al, 2004)

Constant Touch is similar to a walkie-talkie or push-to-talk device that provides an open channel for constant updating throughout the day. It contains a single point transducer (such as a light) that is activated when one wants to say, “I’m thinking of you.” The form is configurable to suggest a physical presence as if “She is with me all the time.”
