The PhotoMirror is an intra-home communication appliance for supporting informal, lightweight communication and awareness between home inhabitants. The PhotoMirror captures and displays images of trivial daily events and rituals reflecting the commotion and activities of home inhabitants. It combines automatic capture of commotion in front of it and explicit input of video clips captured with a detachable, wireless camera.
